NBA Top Shot launched its first drop of the 2025-26 NBA season on November 5th, featuring Rookie Debut Moments from the new rookie class. The drop included Standard Packs with 6 Moments each, Boxes containing 5 Standard Packs plus 2 exclusive Box Toppers with guaranteed hits, and introduced new premium packaging options designed to elevate the collecting experience.

The drop featured 17 rookies signing their /50 Hardcourt Parallel Moments with the inscription “My first bucket,” along with highlights from opening night performances including Victor Wembanyama’s 40/15 return and Aaron Gordon’s career-high 50 points. Trade-In Auctions ran non-stop from November 3rd through November 28th, including an auction for Cooper Flagg’s Rookie Debut Jersey Serial #32/1000.

Recent data shows TVL reaching new all-time highs, with platforms like KittyPunch, MORE Markets, and IncrementFi driving significant activity. The integration of wrapped FLOW tokens has enhanced liquidity across the ecosystem, while the successful deployment of the Forte upgrade has enabled more sophisticated DeFi applications through protocol-native automation and composability.

 

 

 

This week showcased the breadth of Flow’s ecosystem, from technical deep dives into wrapped tokens and roadmap analysis, to user-friendly developer tutorials and coverage of major sports collectibles launches.
